Digital Ads Specialist
The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across META (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. You’ll work closely with our team to turn content into high-performing campaigns that drive real results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across META and Google
Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals (lead gen, conversions, traffic, etc.)
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative direction
Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and adjust budgets accordingly
Analyze data and provide clear, actionable reports to our team/clients
Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization
Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy
Experience with conversion tracking (pixels, events, GA4, etc.)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Remote, but based in Canada
What This Role Looks Like
Approx. 10–20 hours per week (flexible depending on workload)
Fully remote with flexible working hours
Ongoing contractor role with potential to grow
