Digital Ads Specialist

The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across META (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. You’ll work closely with our team to turn content into high-performing campaigns that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across META and Google

  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals (lead gen, conversions, traffic, etc.)

  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies

  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative direction

  • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and adjust budgets accordingly

  • Analyze data and provide clear, actionable reports to our team/clients

  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns

  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization

  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy

  • Experience with conversion tracking (pixels, events, GA4, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

  • Remote, but based in Canada

What This Role Looks Like

  • Approx. 10–20 hours per week (flexible depending on workload)

  • Fully remote with flexible working hours

  • Ongoing contractor role with potential to grow
